As all orders are unique, all payments are definitively non-refundable. If we acknowledge that we made a mistake, we will reprint/reproduce the order. Refunds or store credits will not be issued under any circumstances.

In the event of a misprint, Packaging Heights will reprint your original order but will not refund the payment. However, you can cancel the order within the limited period of 4 hours after the proof has been approved. This cancellation will cost you $ 30 and 10% of the total amount of your order. Customers also have the option to cancel their order after a 24-hour notice period, but this will cost them 50% of the total payment for their order to cover the time and resources the company wasted making your product. Although the company does not guarantee that you can cancel your order after the 24-hour period.
After paying the total amount of your order or sending it to the company and approving your order with artwork/file in either solid or electronic form and approving the approved content, which will be reviewed by the press department, then the production speed and printing turnaround time will begin. While placing an order on our website, you can choose the production speed, which shows the number of working days from printing to shipping. You should send your design approval before 10:00 AM Central Standard Time (CT). The company and its employees endeavor to deliver their products to users on schedule. In the event of a delay, Packaging Heights will not be responsible for any loss/damage caused by the delay in shipping. Customers accept that the company is not responsible for delays due to weather or customs issues that we cannot control directly. If there are problems with printing, the fees will be refunded, although orders are not canceled due to printing delays.
The company offers 10 to 12 days for product shipping and 6-8 days for expedited shipping (with 2-3 days for land shipping) to any location within the US with no weight or quality restrictions. Shipping to the additional locations will cost you additional fees. The company is not responsible for the lead times of delivery and for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Any loss of shipment is not legally responsible. Although these types of incidents can be detected after 6 business days after shipment, if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address or otherwise make a mistake in providing the full delivery address, we will charge additional shipping and handling fees for resending.
